Good questions
make good software.

Here is the short version of what smshare is, who it is for, and what the first version is being built to do.

smshare helps businesses get from interest to ready.

It is an operator-focused layer for group orders, not a generic inbox, CRM, or consumer storefront.

Ask a specific question →
Who is smshare for?+

Businesses that collect details from groups and need those details organized before production, fulfillment, or delivery.

Is smshare only for print shops?+

No. Print and custom apparel are the flagship examples, but the workflow is useful anywhere order details arrive in waves.

Does the customer need to install an app?+

No. The customer-facing flow is designed to meet people where they already communicate. The public website is separate from the desktop software used by the business.

Can different campaigns ask for different details?+

That is the core direction: each campaign should be able to collect the information its business and order actually need.

How are payment and completion statuses handled?+

The product is being built to make paid, cash, incomplete, and ready states visible. Payment and account wiring will be connected in a later implementation phase.

Does smshare replace production or inventory software?+

No. It is designed to organize the front half of the work and create a clearer handoff into the systems a business already uses.

Can one business run multiple campaigns?+

Yes. The campaign model is intended for businesses managing several group orders at once or repeating similar orders over time.
